SHA secures Principal Arb in first stage of expansion plan
Transfer window sees early business done with Lee joining from Kent
It gives us great pleasure to announce that as part of the company expansion plans, Mr Ian.T. Lee, MArbor A, Bsc (Hons), Tech Cert (Arbor A), will take up the post of Principal Arboricultural Consultant on 3 January 2017. Ian was previously part of Sharon’s team at DF Clark Bionomique, so is well known to the new company.
Ian is joining us from Lloyd Bore in Canterbury. Lloyd Bore will be working with us providing Landscape Architectural services.
Ian is a very experienced and well-known consultant, and has a deep technical knowledge of TreeRadar root scanning equipment, that will be widely known about to the frequenters of this blog, and which is a very interesting part of SHA’s business. On a lighter note, Ian is widely alleged to be Jensen Button’s stunt double, and is often seen stalking around in full race overalls prior to taking his place in the lineout as the Maidstone Rugby Club number 8. With a crown height of approximately 2.5m, and an un-disclosed dbh, (we asked, but he wouldn’t give it), he’ll have a large workload straight out of the blocks, so it was just as well we moved offices (same building, different floor, just for a change).
He makes a very decent ‘man-shed’, has access to a ‘blow up pub’, and is generally going to be great to have about the place – we look forward to it very much.
