Exciting new opportunity with Telford Homes

We are very pleased to have been chosen as the arboricultural consultancy practice to work on the up-coming Caledonian Road project with Telford Homes, (architect Jestico & Whiles), and in conjunction with Warren Standerwick of Standerwick Land Design, where community engagement will be part of delivering a vibrant place for people and wildlife to live in the heart of Islington.

Epping Forest Tree Strategy

Sharon Hosegood Associates is pleased to be working with A Vision of Britain to produce the remaining Community Tree Strategies for Epping Forest District Council.

This externally funded three-year project aims to serve the community by listening, acting and involving them in sustainable tree care, to produce tree strategies and to celebrate our rich tree heritage.

The project will launch on April 1st – subscribe to this blog and watch for progress of this exciting project. See the Community Engagement page on the site for more, including the updates as and when we publish them.

It’s going to be a double-boiled egg start

Move over bacon sandwich, this is a job for the army.

My thanks to the long-defunct egg marketing campaign, ‘Go To Work On An Egg’ . This week, starting with -3 degrees and a decent wind chill making it feel like Siberia with an attitude, it’s going to take a double boiled egg attack to get us going. Today will see the purchase of another laptop to go with the two tablets which The Boss bought on saturday at EE, to enable the tree data uploads in the future, and the structuring of the accounts package through TaxAssist Accountants, which should prove to be a hoot. Then it will be back to mine for ‘1 day late Superbowl’, otherwise known to Ecologists the world over as the easiest anagram ever (Superbowl = Superb Owl).
